you chose to do this questions like how do you know the bride/groom. What is their favorite ice cream? When was the last time you saw the bride/groom? What do you like to do best with the bride/groom. Where did you meet the bride/groom? What is the dogs name, has he ever bitten you. The idea is to get the guest to tell you some of their story about you. I think its a great way to start a conversation with people who may not know each other while sitting at the tables waiting for the bridal pictures to be taken!taken. Its cute and unusual. You can print it out on your computer, just get some nice paper. Have a place (basket/box) somewher for guest to put these in and later put them in a booklet for you to keep.

Why do you think the bride and groom are wasting your time with a bridal trivia quiz? How much would you pay to avoid filling it out? How lame do you think it is to ask guests to fill this out at the reception? What is the reason that guests can no longer make conversation with one another and have to be entertained at the reception?

Oh for Pete's sake...how self-centered is this couple?
Entertain the guests...give them good food, drink, music. They had to sit through your ceremony and all your toasts, first dance, cake cutting.
Now you're going to expect them to answer trivia questions about you too? Please cut them some slack!
The ONLY time I could see this being reasonable is if you have a wait between the ceremony and reception due to pictures. Then maybe you could have an appetizer buffet and the trivia quiz (with answers printed on the back) on each table.
Wow. Just wow.
