What does she love? Find a way to incorporate that into your proposal. I.e., if she loves roses, you could propose at night in a rose garden, or spell 'will you marry me?' in rosebuds or bushes. I had a friend who proposed on a dock at night. They were stargazing, and he pointed and said, look, Orion! She turned to look, and when she turned again to him, he was down on one knee with the ring. Make sure the proposal is something incredibly special - maybe even something just you and she will understand - something that she'll always remember.

My husband took me ice skating at a mall, and called all our family and friends to meet there(I didn't know). I started noticing that I knew people standing on the sidelines, and said hey look theres my mom, look theres my sis, hey theres your mom, that's weird.... He then took me out to the middle of the rink and in front of everyone, carefully got on one knee and asked me..EVERYONE watching in the mall started to clap. I was in shock.. when have been married almost 9 yrs. It was the sweetest thing!

It depends on what kind of girl she is. If she is high maintenance...anything expensive. Have a night all about her...don't ask her what she wants to do. Plan it for her and surprise her by knowing what she would want to do. End the perfect night by asking her.
