A couple things. First, if you're talking about the fall of 2018, you are already waaaay behind the curve! There's such a small window of time to enjoy fall foliage and stuff gets booked really quickly. If this is a very small wedding, it might be different, but just thought I'd mention that.

Here's a map of typical peak times in the US. As you can see, the farther north you go, the earlier the peak time. Also, high altitude (Rocky Mountains, etc) will have an earlier time. In Mexico, there is no fall because it's too far south. Same with the southernmost US.

Also, around that time of year, there's really no rainy season anywhere in the US. I also think you want to drop that idea . It might be the "vibe" you personally want, but even if you luck into it, it will suck for your guests.

Most of the of the Eastern US, that's Florida all the way up to Maine... However for coastal areas, that's also Hurricane season. Peak colors is usually mid-late October.

However it really depends on the temperatures, if it's a cooler end of summer the peak will be earlier. If you're planning to marry this year then that will be a challenge because fall weddings are very popular due to the colors, cooler temps, etc.

Michigan, Vermont, Maine, etc colors are awesome mid-late october. The upper peninsula though is early October for peak and so is parts of northern eastern US.

It depends on the region that you're at. It could be late August, early september. early november or late september is also a possibility. also you can always have your wedding gown made out of unused plastic garbage, trash, bin bag/liners and just have it in a downpoor and not get wet. I hope this helps.

There no rainy seasons.

It's hurricane season, maybe you could hope for a hurricane, you get a lot of rain.

I live in New England, I can tell you the leave can change early or late depending on the weather. A cool summer, the leaves will turn early. A hot summer where it's warm into october, leaves will change later. So you can not count even on the leaves, planning in head of time.

This spring been cold and rainy, the trees got their leaf late. That could effect the leaf changing.

This is not something you could count on.

Mid to late October in the north east, you should get pretty colors on trees, most years.

The leaves change color around Columbus Day Weekend in the Northeast.

It does start to get rainy and stormy a couple weeks after Labor Day.

It depends on the area. You'll have to ask the locals in mexico .

Leaves change color earliest in the northern most parts of the country. there is no rainy season as such, but expect rain in the North East at any time. Start with Portland, Maine.
