I think it will look fine.. you might also think about adding white flowers to your yellow flowers too.. or adding baby's breath to them to tone them down a bit..
good luck and its your day remember that.. its what you like and no one else!
and you said you couldn't find pictures.. here you go.. you might have to register to see this but the Knot helps ALOT
Blue and yellow are lovely together. I imagine the blue and green in the kilt will be quite dark, so you need to go subtle for the dresses. A light blue will look stunning with yellow flowers, almost like a lovely blue sky. Good luck.

I think blue dresses with yellow flowers will look pretty! I've seen that color combination quite a lot over in France. Yellow and blue looks good together. Sounds Chic to me. Wishing You a Happy Wedding Day and Marriage!

I would say that a pale yellow flowers and any shade of blue dresses would look beautiful. If your fiance really wants green, add in some green to the flowers. I think that would look lovely!
Congrats and good luck :o)

I understand completely - sometimes I think I'm color blind!
Depending on the shades, it shouldn't be a problem. After all, blue and yellow make green. If you're concerned about what shades will go together, may I suggest going to a craft/scrapbook store and looking at a "color wheel" - you can probably find one on the web as well -. Then you can see what goes with what.
best of luck!

It relies upon on somewhat some issues. have you ever had your bridesmaids attempt at diverse colorations? i comprehend i glance terrible in yellow (i'm rather white and it purely washes me out even worse). Blue seems solid on virtually all of us! Why not do the two colorations? somewhat some all of us is doing that (purely those days Chloe Kardashian did 2 diverse colorations of purple). i think of the blue might individually look extra effective as long as you at the instant are not to close to to the water. The yellow might conflict with the sand colour. in case you reside close purchase, why not have a pair of acquaintances bypass to the sea coast with you, one donning yellow and one donning blue and take some photos and notice what seems terrific (it does not must be the attire, in keeping with hazard basically a shirt close to to the colors.) solid success!

I think it could look really pretty and unusual but only if you get the right shade of yellow, can you get a piece of the material of the bridemaids dress and take it to the florist and get some ideas, she may be able to get matching ribbon of your dress to tie up somewhere in the flowers, experiment a bit, it could look stunning, good luck.

as long as you pick the right shade of yellow it'll look fab - the best thing to do is to take a sample of the fabrics to a florists and they can show you all the different shades of yellow flowers that you can picl from - depending on the season of the wedding etc..

Sounds pretty - have you thought what shades of each? I love the combination in the blue iris (flowers) - stong colours that really work well together. I wanted these colours for my wedding flowers but my out-laws talked me out it - wish I had stood firm.
Good luck X

I think that will look great together, especially if the flowers are not really pale, if they are a nice, strong yellow (like yellow roses) then it will look beautiful and fresh.

My cousin had blue and yellow daisies in her wedding and it was beautiful. The blue was a "Columbia" Blue and the yellow was pastel. Good luck!

It doesn't sound like a nice combination to me, but you might be able to pull it off if you manage to find a shade of the two colours that will match - but that might take some doing. I think blue with white flowers would be lovely :)
