Help with Color Palette?

Alright so here's the scenario:
My fiance and I are working on planning our wedding for November 26th of next year, and we figured that one of the best places to begin would be to decide the color palette. We want three colors and so far have narrowed down to Apple Red, and Champagne...and that's where we're stuck; we're not really sure what to use for a third color that would go with the two previously stated. If anyone could give suggestions, it would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your time and answers! :)

On the color wheel, the accent colors for red are blue which is too military and green which is too much like Christmas. That leaves purples, lavender, yellows and oranges. Thinking of the leaves of fall, a beautiful muted gold comes to mind to go with the champagne rather than trying to find something in the red family. There is a beautiful golden rose tipped in red that would be beautiful. Bouquets of champagne, muted gold and some red would to me be beautiful, assuming the bridesmaids will be wearing red. Champagne/cream lillies with the golden red tipped rose and small dots of red, dahlias, gerbera daisies in the true red if you like, but I prefer somethin smaller like a mini carnation for just a dot of red. May can mix in a small true red rose, not burgandy tint, with golden spider mums and creamy/champagne lillies or dahlias.

There is a new color truffle, which is the color of chocolate milk and is beautiful and would look beautiful with a red and golden bouquet. The truffle will subdue some of the red, yet bring it out in the bouquets.

This is crazy, don't know if you live in the city or the country, but think of a rooster or look at a picture. His top is a beautiful red blending down into gold, then on down to other colors. Many people use a peacock feather to get colors, so why not a rooster. Get out the old crayola crayons or go pick out paint chips. If you will notice lots of dinnerwear that has red in it also usually has a deep muted gold background. Sorry, this is the only way I can think to go.

Go to this site and look at the mocha 146 and the apple 186 and try to picture gowns in the mocha with bouquets of the red, champagne and the oranges of fall. Red could be dominant, but could use all fall colors in bouquets. If you still want red dresses, bring in some pretty browns, dahlias, creamy brown and some sort of berries, but not red, use feathers or berries in brown along with the champagne, gold and red. Sorry, left out http://www.mypersonalartist.com/ink-colors.html

Also, took a look on yahoo and chocolate was a biggie with champagne and red, also purple and lavender believe it or not. But, purple and red to me remind me of the club the red hat ladies or something like that, don't know how big it is nationwide, but purple and red are their colors and that just reminds me of them, not that that is bad, I think it is for older women who like to dress up and go out in groups. I don't know if they sponsor a certain cause or are just a group of women who like to go out and have a good time. Where I live, we see lots of groups in nice restaurants, etc. So for me, it would be the truffle/chocolate or the muted golden color. Some sites suggested pale pink with the red, but to me the burgandy/wine red goes with the pale pink great, but not the red, red which has just a touch of orange in it. So, you could try and notice on one of your answers with champagne and red, that the dress is really more of a wine that of an apple or true red. Good luck.

The 88 palette has a pretty good variety of Neutral shadows (which is pretty much what the warm palette is) with the added bonus of brights too. The 88 palette has much more variet. However if you are a person who prefers neutral colours & don't use brights often..go with the warm palette. I suggest the 88, its a good all rounder. I don't know if you know, but you can get the 88 palette cheaper if you just search "88 palette" on ebay. It is exactly the same as the CS's one, but without their logo. They are usually shipped from China, but I had a "manny" one delivered to UK and it arrived perfect.

I would use a soft metallic color, like silver, platinum, white gold.

My colors for spring are apple red, white, and platinum.

I think red and gold would be enough:
