Do you mean download it to print it? Or will you email the note?
If I were you I would simply design my own using clip art/photographs and nice fonts. Then it will have a personal touch and you can tailor it to your tastes.

I think you may want to reconsider this. It is a long process to write the thank you's by hand, but on the other hand, you will have your partners help and more importantly, people put time, money and effort into your gift and coming to your wedding. There should be appropriate recognition of that, and printable thank-yous would not do it. It would almost be better to not do thank-you's at all if you are going that route as you would run the risk of insulting some of the gifters.

You don't have to download thank you notes. Any type of blank notes or even regular staionery/letter-writing paper-- all are totally appropriate to use for thank you notes! I find packages of like 8 notecards for 25 cents, at some bargain stores, and even un-opened packages of really pretty blank notecards at the Goodwill and other secondhand shops.
They don't have to color-coordinate or anything. But just remember that it's proper manners to hand write them- no typing, etc.

Um....how can you say tacky...by doing this. Sorry, but thank you notes should always, always ALWAYS be handwritten. It's not a form letter, for pete's sake, you're writing to express gratitude for someones effort, time and the gift they gave you in order to celebrate your marriage. You should also mention the gift given in the note.
"Thank you so much for the set of towels from our gift registry. It was so very thoughtful of you. Thank you also for sharing our wedding day with us. We appreciate the time you took from your busy schedule to share the day with us. It was more memorable for us because of your presence."

Don't you think its better to write something from the heart and personal for each guest? Also look at invitingideas.com if you can't think of things.

Come on, if your old enough to get married you must know how to say thank you. Downloading than you notes, pretty bad!
