I am a 29 year old female who is getting married December 2nd 2011. We both like country and rock. We have When You Got A Good Thing by Lady Antebellum and Just by Being You by Steel Magnolia. We need help with some more songs.

First off, Congratulations on getting engaged/married soon! And I absolutely love the two songs you have so far, I always suggest the Lady A one to brides-to-be. :)

Here are some other possible choices you should look into:

All Your Life - The Band Perry

Mama's Song - Carrie Underwood

Got It Right This Time (The Celebration) - Keith Urban ****this one is perfect!!!!!

Once In A Lifetime - Keith Urban

Only You Can Love Me This Way - Keith Urban **another great one

Can't Take My Eyes Off You - Lady Antebellum

All Over Again - Little Big Town *****perfect

When You Love Me - Martina McBride

I Just Call You Mine - Martina McBride ******Perfect

Need To Be Next To You - Sara Evans

Love Story - Taylor Swift (personally not a fan of this song, but many like it for weddings)

Mine - Taylor Swift

Hope this helps!! You should really look at the songs with the ***s by them, cause I think they would be perfect for a wedding! :)

Good luck!

I walked down the aisle to 'Tonight I celebrate my love for you' - Peabo Bryson & Roberta Flack Bridal Waltz : I knew I loved You -Savage Garden First dance : Beautiful in my eyes - Joshua Kadison Cut the cake: A whole New World - Aladdin Theme Song My husband was a DJ so we had acess to the most beautiful & popular songs. The other thing to consider is the age of your uncle & what genre of music he & his partner are into eg if they are country western fans choose something from that genre. Also what type of things you can sing. Good luck! A few others: From this moment - Shania Twain My Heart will go on - Celine Dion Endless Love - Lionel Ritchie All my life - KC & Jojo Beautiful Day - U2 We've only just begun - the Carpenters I Swear - All 4 One

All of the above are good selections. Try this site listed below, it has lots, lots---a good variety and grouped by each part of wedding and reception; however, there is no rule that just because a song is listed under processional for example cannot be used in another part of the wedding. There are just suggestions. Click on and watch video on most. Plenty to choose from here. Good Luck!!!JL

Why do you ungrateful brides always throw the mother in law to the wayside? First you steal our sons and then you control the whole darn wedding!
