Freakin' Awesome! If you can get your DJ to play the live versions of DMB songs, that would be awesome because the live versions are always so much better than the studio recordings. If you have the Live Trax, give them to the DJ to play!

Bride/Groom:

- "Crush" (this is my personal favorite song- I busted a tooth one night and the next day I was sitting in the car and got a text from my boyfriend who told me for the first time he loved me no matter what I looked like and that he was with me for the long haul)

- "You&Me" (got to see this live on July 4th this year and it blew my boyfriend and I away)

- "Stay (Wasting Time)"

- "Rapunzel" (yeah, the lyrics are a little on the risque side, and it is a funky-jammy song, but who says you couldn't jam it out with your hubby to some music you love and give your guests a little something out of the ordinary?) :-)

- "Shake me Like a Monkey"

-"Trippin' Billies"

-"Two Step"

Brother/Sister Dance

-"Dive In"

- "Sweet Caroline" (Yeah, it's a Neil Diamond song, but DMB does a cover of this and I think it is even BETTER than the original because Dave's voice just gets down there and does it like no other!)

-"You Might Die Trying" (I always think of this song when I think about my brother who has been there for me in hard times)

Of course, for your last song, you gotta use "Ants Marching" because DMB always does this at the end of the concert (at least to the ones I have been to)

I LOVE DMB TOO!!!

An appropriate father/daughter dmb song is tricky, maybe these though:

American Baby

The Space Between

Where Are You Going

Everyday

Best of Whats Around

Bride/Groom dance:

Oh

You & Me

Crush

So Damn Lucky

Crash

So Right

Good Luck & Congrats!! :)

EDIT: I just read that the "father"/daughter dance will be with your brother. The Song That Jane Likes & Sister would be really appropriate I think!!

Bride/Groom take a listen to "I'll Back You Up", "Lover Lay Down", "Steady as we Go", or "Baby Blue"

Whatever you do, don't use Crash Into Me.....its a song about a peeping tom, yeah it sounds sweet, but the lyrics are pretty perverted, and not something you want to dance to at a wedding. The 3 I listed are much much better slow love songs by DMB.

Baby Blue might actually work best for the Father/Daughter dance.

For sure go with "Baby Blue" for the Bride/Groom dance. So amazing.. just read the lyrics and put the story together, it's just wonderful. One you would always remember.

As for the Brother/Sister dance I would go with "Where are you going", because it is one of those really sweet songs that would seem like your brother was thinking where is my little sister going?

Hope this helps!

Bride/Groom- Definitely "Crash into me"

Not sure about the Father/Daughter one. I know you like DMB, but you should really Listen to Billy Joel's "Lullaby" and see what you think. Every time I hear that song(which is only when I play it) I think of my dad or my daughter.

Yes please don't use Crash Into Me. If you're looking for a more commercial song use "Crush". But...

Bride/Groom definitely Lie In Our Graves.

Father/Daughter

Oh

or

Sister-I know it's your brother but it's a very appropriate song choice.
