I really messed up. I'm sorry....

These are the announcements I picked out. My last post had the wrong link in it.

Wedding announcements - part 2?
OK, Thanks to you, I've found the announcements I want, BUT, they don't have matching response cards, or thank you notes.

Does anyone have any idea where I can find something to match these announcements? http://www.finestationery.com/product.cfm?prod_id=47239 or have you seen any other site besides finestationery.com that has similar announcements with the matching items? I don't need a wedding invitation, just response card for my reception.

Thanks in advance.

Am I missing too much background information here? People receiving a wedding announcement aren't being invited to anything, so why would they want/expect a response card? And if you want your thank you notes stationery to match your marriage announcement stationery, then what is stopping you from ordering more of this same blank stock? Remember, Miss Manners tells us that thank you letters and notes should NEVER have pre-printed messages, not even the words 'thank you'.

First of all Congratulations!

I would try one of two places-

If you would like them to be printed professionally then you should try Mygatsby.com. They have mix and match invitations and you could purchase just the items that you need- response and thank you cards. At first it seems as though you have to purchase the invites but if you just click on the invite that sort of matches your announcement it brings you to a page where you determine the number of each product you would like. At that point is when you can choose to purchase the number of response cards and thank you's- and just put a '0' in for the quantity of wedding invites and other products you do not wish to purchase. They are elegant and simple much like your announcements and come in many colors including a dark brown and possible a color similar to Mica like on your announcements. This would probably be the most affordable professionally printed option. (And the quality is wonderful- I bought all my wedding paper products from them and was very satisfied and also got many compliments!)

The other place I would try would be Paper-source.com. They have brick and mortar stores around the country (I'm lucky enough to live only 15 miles from one) but you can also purchase their items online. You can have them printed by Paper-source (but it gets really pricey) or you can choose to do the do-it-yourself method and just purchase the appropriate sized stock and use your own printer at home to print your response cards. These are really nice quality as well- what you would expect for wedding paper products. I've used them recently for doing invites for my best friends baby shower.

Also, in my opinion your Thank You cards do not necessarily have to "match" your other paper products. You could do a monogrammed card with the two of your first name initials with your last name initial in the middle.

Good luck!

You could make your own to match if you can't find something you like. Just cut black cardstock into the appropriate size and print the response information on an ecru piece of paper or cardstock that is slightly smaller than the black, then adhere the ecru on the black...viola, done.

Hey, did you get married at Garden of the God's in Colorado Springs? Your picture is so small, but that's what it looks like!!
