I designed my own wedding invites using templates in microsoft word. Is there any way to get these printed at kinkos on nice thick paper? Would they print the envelopes too?
P.S...i only have access to the printer at the library. I could print one copy and have kinkos print more on better paper?

Kinko's can print them out on resume paper $.50 a sheet, thick nice paper, DO NOT print them out first get a USB drive and put the images on that and give it to them (if you print them out and have them copy them you run the risk of loosing picture quality)...
and buy your envelopes here:

cause you can find the exact sizes you will need...
Sorry this is exactly what I'm doing...

You can actually do it yourself at Kinkos, but make sure to get a proof because the margins will fall differently depending on the printer and the computer and you want this perfect. So make sure to have them do 1 single copy first - look at it and tweak until you've got it right - then run them all. Don't trust Kinkos to just print and go with no issues. I did my own wedding invites and I've done them for friends too on my own printer. But Kinkos is a good idea - but I always have to do some tweaking to get things perfectly centered and make sure no wording was cut off for whatever reason.

Don't you know anyone with a computer/printer? It would be so much easier to and cheaper to by ink for their printer and your own card stalk paper w/envelopes than to take it to Kinko's.
Or better yet...make your copy at the library from the Computer and set the library's copier to copy your invitations? I am sure if you explained what you are doing, they will allow you to put your card stalk in their copier and print your invitations there. I know my library allowed me to do this on another project as long as I came in at a time when they weren't too busy.

Have you looked at places online that do wedding invites? Sounds like this might be kind of a stressful way to do it, not to mention Kinkos can get expensive fast. Try look at Bridal Bargains: http://homegear.com/r/?q=23135623&r=2116. Or if you really want to use the invitation that you created, try printing them through Vista print (assuming you have enought time to wait for them in the mail): http://homegear.com/r/?q=23132938&r=2116

Is Kinkos a printing place? I've never heard of them over here. If yes, then they should be able to print off your Word document if you can save it on a CD or thumb drive. Our printing places over here are happy to do it. If not, you can print your file to a PDF document with the help of many freeware converters and then stick that on either a CD or thumb drive. I'd imagine they'd be able to print envelopes - I couldn't see why not.
Hope this helps.

Any copy shop should have good, quality paper for wedding invites. A lot of brides go that route. Print out the invite on regular paper and go to a copy shop and they'll be able to show you samples.
I bought an invite kit from a craft store and it had everything in it. They turned out beautifully... a lot of people thought we ordered them!

AAHHH! Don't do it! I beg you! That was the biggest nightmare of my entire wedding planning ordeal. Trust me on this one, your template will never be perfect, there will be little changes that need to be made, and you'll end up spending more on the paper/printing than you would if you just hired a company to do the whole shebang.

I made my very very own invites utilising Greeting Card manufacturing facility, you could go with a calligraphy font in purely approximately any application. I considered gaining information of how some months earlier the marriage, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it particularly takes time to acceptable. I did in spite of the incontrovertible fact that hand handle all the envelopes, making them look slightly greater very own. rather of authentic calligraphy I purely made the letters style of swirly and have been given various compliments. purely doing the envelopes took perpetually! i does no longer propose writing out the invites.
