Does anyone know how to make invitations to look like this from blank invitations? What site to go to for a free invitation template? How do you change color on the clip art? How do you add clip art? Any other tips to create this invitation would be greatly appreciated!

That invitation is very easy, its just one picture with writing. That is too much info to put in this email to create that.

If you want that exact firework, what you can do is print out that picture , trace it, and bring back in to any vector editing program.

If you want that same feel, but want to use clip art , just "insert clip art"

But then you have printing issues and so forth....alot of info.

Or you can just have someone do this for you.

I just had a party and got personalized invitations from this place here

They were good price and quality and very accommodating. I actually liked there designs, but wanted something specific, so I just emailed them and told them what I wanted and they created something for us. Actually did a couple of different versions and they did the size that we wanted. So if you send them that pic then can recreate for you and print out so you get what you want, affordable price and dont have to worry about printing and all that other stuff

Do you have a photo editing program on your computer? That's what my friends used when they made their own last fall. You can save that image, cut out the firework clip art and paste it into a new project then add your text and everything. I can't really guide you through it exactly and I don't know a template website for you.

I've been playing around changing the color of the firework clip art on my own program. I'm no computer graphics ace, but if you want a certain color of the clip art, I can save it for you and email it to you. And you, know, I'm sort of bored and lonely tonight, my future hubby is out of town. If you wanted I could try and make an invitation for you. Save it and email it to you.

I agree with the other person about making them yourself. You could easily scan them and create your own invitation using Word. You would start by page layout to A5 or whatever size you would like to make the invitation. Then add borders, fancy text, insert some clip art, and insert your picture. Print it off on card stock and there you have it. You should also be creative with the clip art as you are likely to find ribbons, babies, diapers, bottles, etc. You could also embellish with diaper pins or mini clothes pins. Be creative!

You can do it in word of you find a good sizes copy of the picture.

Line up your margins, write what you want to write and then insert the picture at the top.

If you want it behind the text like on the save the date then right click the pic, format pic, click layout tab, select behind text, and type as normal.

To change the pic colour just use paint or another graphics program. You can do it in hue and saturation or you can select your colour and paint over it at zoom.

You need to buy special software that you can do invitations on. Then read the instructions. I don't think anyone on here can walk you through step by step how to do certain things- as everyone's computer will be different
