I need to find a wedding card box that has a lock - - or a clasp that I can buy a lock for it myself.
Does anyone know where I could find this?

Station the gift table out in the open. Like at the front of the room or next to the cake. Somewhere highly visible to everyone. Lots of eyes keep people honest. You don't need a lock, Make your own card box out of wrapped gift boxes or hat boxes & glue them all together with the only way to get into the cards is by ripping through the boxes.
I hope you are concerned with a member of the catering staff, not your guests. I can't imagine inviting someone to such an intimate & important moment knowing they would steal from me.

This is why thoughtful people dont carry a gift, cash, or check to the wedding. Because people do it anyway, the family has to station a security guard. Anybody who would steal from the box could just steal the whole box.
You'll have to ask a close friend/family to stand beside the box, and you'll have to pretend you're not guarding it by placing it by the guest book or even by the cake.

I personally have never heard of one that has a lock that wasn't custom made. However, their is a treasure chest style that is sold at both Michael's and A.C. Moore and you could probably glue a piece of ribbon on both the base and lid and tie it tight that would probably ward off any potential thieves when they couldn't open it. Then after the reception, you just cut the ribbon. If you don't like that idea, maybe you could just ask someone you trust to periodically take the cards out of the card box and keep them for you.

I imagine a visible lock would make your guests feel like you dont trust someone there. I would be thinking, "Is there a thief in attendance and should I guard my purse all night? Who here would want to steal the cards and money?" Not exactly how you want to make your treasured guests feel.
If there is actually someone sketchy in attendance and you feel absolutely need to protect the card box, how about using a gift box with the top glued on? After the wedding, you can cut it open. The second link that iloveweddings has, it looks like a cardboard gift box. There are lots of pretty gift boxes that could work for this use.
